Better state to form LLC?

We are a group of co-founders from different states looking to open an LLC for our business, and we're currently deciding between Pennsylvania and Ohio. We're particularly interested in understanding the ease of setting up and managing an LLC, tax implications, and any specific regulations that may affect our industry.
