Biggest challenges with Instagram marketing?

A few things I have seen -
1. It's quite difficult to generate early engagement when the brand is small. Especially creating organic content & personal outreach takes a lot of time.
2. Paid ads are often unreliable, firstly they are pretty expensive and it's difficult to convert the visibility.
3. Scaling is extremely hectic. Managing DMs and capturing all the behaviour intents to target them with the right them at the right time.
Do you work in social media marketing? What are the biggest problems according to you - especially for Insta?

Ah, tackling Instagram marketing challenges is like navigating a maze of memes - tricky but rewarding! From wrangling engagement to taming DMs, it's a wild social media ride. What obstacles have you conquered in this digital jungle?
I think you have to be very aware of Instagram's algorithm, it's always changing. Having a large follower base is great, but conversion is the ultimate goal. Getting followers to buy is a challenge. instagram is a visual platform and high quality images and videos are crucial. Creating this content consistently requires a lot of resources. That's why it's important to consistently accrue resources.
I believe you have to go with the flow of the platform, like for instagram right now the number of comments and number of times the post is shared has a much bigger value in terms of bosting engagement. For brands right now especially the small ones trying to make a foothold, it might be difficult because brands might not have followers who are willing to do as per the algorithm to make the brand more relevant. Not just small brands even big brands have now moved on to posting together with individual creators on instagram since they create and curate content already to adhere to the algorithm
