From my previous failed startup, I ended up spending a ton on building a team, but the cash flow just wasn't there. Eventually, the business went under because we ran out of funds.

For me it would be not focusing on a cool UI early on. My website at launch was like very well-built on the backend side, but the frontend was kinda basic.

And the truth is that half the features on your website can be broken and people will still be using it, if the graphic design is well-made and fun to interact with. So like, the graphic aspects of my website is the thing I'm trying to focus on more recently.
