Thanks for your answer! By multi platform I mean we have both a mobile and web version off the app.
I think it depends on the buying nature of your customers on this platform. I think @yukioyama gave a good suggestion
What exactly do you mean by a multi-platform startup? In general, I think a free trial + credit card required is good because it balances payment required vs free trial no card. Still proves buyer intent but reduces friction to purchase.

@yukioyama and regarding to user’s flow. Do you let him use the app for a while like 1,2 days, then ask for credit card details or you do it as the first thing user lands in app?
