Burning problem faced while Hiring in Tech?

Hi everyone, I have realized a lot of problems exist in the whole hiring process. And I want to build a one-stop solution that makes hiring more reliable, cost-effective, and fast for startups.

Would love to know your take on this?

Even though the tech industry promotes transparency and inclusiveness, the tech world is still an old boys’ club. The industry needs to make it clear that it value diversity, and also needs to make it clear to women and minorities that they are welcome. The tech industry can be very cut throat and knowing that one is part of a supportive team is very important.

We have a lot of trouble hiring in the tech industry. Our hires tend to leave the company at a really high rate. I have found that it is usually because our culture or team is not a fit for them. I am interested in hearing other people's strategies to remedy this, specifically in tech.

A good personality is hard to find. It is really hard to find people with a good personality. There are some tech giants who are working on this problem by using artificial intelligence to match people with jobs. If you have an innovative solution to this problem, you will most certainly be one of the richest people in the world.
