If you know your market, idea, customer profile, trying to figure out your development cycle

If you are in the thick of it, hustling and bustling
read the Messy Middle, Amp It Up, Grit
so on and so forth.
Contextualize your content consumption, whether it's in the form of books, videos, podcasts.
This will help you function in the right headspace.
