Can we stop it with the "Powered by AI" software taglines pls...?

Whenever I hear a cheap SaaS software product market itself as "Powered by AI". I immediately think dodgy sales ploy. Chances are high, that the email automation software you hacked together over a few months can't, even under the loosest definition of the phrase, be regarded as AI. At best, it may have machine learning capability. If you are a sh*t-hot programmer that is. The rest is just marketing fluff. Maybe I'm wrong though? Any programmers out there with AI experience?
