When I go backpacking I only use my phone to take pictures and read books. I guess this counts.

Yeah - I'm always up for trying new things

Sure I can, there are more things in life than just checking a phone every 10 minutes :)

Yes, I can definitely go a week without a phone. In fact, I did it just last year when I went on a camping trip with some friends. We were out in the middle of nowhere and didn't have any reception or WiFi, so we all left our phones behind. At first, I was a little anxious about being disconnected from the outside world, but it ended up being a really refreshing and liberating experience.
Without my phone, I was forced to be present in the moment and engage with my surroundings and the people I was with. I spent my days hiking, exploring, and chatting with my friends around the campfire. It was amazing how much more connected I felt to nature and the people around me without the constant distraction of my phone.
By the end of the week, I was actually a little sad to go back to the "real world" and have my phone with me again. It made me realize how much time and attention I usually give to my phone and how much I miss out on because of it. Since then, I've made an effort to be more mindful of my phone usage and to take regular breaks from it.

I easily go through a week without a phone, because other gadgets completely replace it)

I absolutely cannot, and I don’t see the appeal really 🤷🏻♀️
In reality where my phone is my wallet, notepad, workstation, entanglement source and so much more, why would I?
Even at the most relaxing place, I’d want to stay connected

Yes, it is possible to go for a week without a phone. Many people have done it as a way to unplug and recharge. It can be challenging to go without a phone for a week due to its convenience, but it is possible.

Probably if I wasn't running RECRD, need my phone on me at all times, I guess that's the life of a founder 😅 would you be able to go a week without your phone?
yes I can, if I have people around me
It is possible for an individual to go a week without a phone, but it may be challenging for many people, particularly if they rely on their phone for various tasks and communication. Going without a phone can be inconvenient, as it may make it difficult to communicate with others, access information, and perform certain tasks.
However, if an individual is able to make arrangements in advance and has access to alternative methods of communication and information, it may be possible to go a week without a phone. For example, an individual could use a landline phone or a computer to communicate with others, and they could use a public library or another person's device to access information.
It may also be helpful to consider why an individual is considering going a week without a phone. If they are looking to take a break from technology or reduce their phone use, there may be other ways to achieve this goal without going completely without a phone. For example, an individual could set limits on their phone usage, turn off notifications, or designate certain times of day as "phone-free" periods.
@anshaj_goyal No offense, but was this written by ChatGPT?
This tech is advancing quick.
Btw, I've used it a few times to answer questions here as well ;)
I highly doubt it. I definitely could not communicate with people on mobile communications. But this is far from the main function for a smartphone .. I have Binance, several applications from banks. I recently made an account for a sports resource - https://1xbetaffiliates.net/ I'm already used to all this and I don't want to give up the convenience. I don't have much time and I have to do a lot using mobile access.
