In the early days of our product, we realized that although we are giving 300 monthly credits to our users, they most of them use only 100 of them and the average credit use was also around 100 credits. We also analyzed in which ways those credits were used, and found most use cases are not spam-mish. Then, we decided to increase the credits we offer from 300 to 500. Although it boosted our sales, the average credit use still remained around 100 credit, which resulted in more revenue for our company while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
