Yes, Small team is the biggest hurdle with bootstrapping, we are a very small, infanct I am the only handling the whole frontend of the system!
Small team is a challenge but also a blessing, we don’t have enough money to promote Feedspace like a big startup, so all of pour our sweat harder than our competitors and we bring better results , because of closed culture and dedication from this team.
Resources is a big challenge but we are able to navigate that as well together.
There are many more issues with running a bootstrap startup, but I have one single advice: “Seek clarity & execute ruthlessly”
