Our industry includes many great solutions like Stonly, KnowledgeOwl, Bloomfire, and, unfortunately, Document360. I've had good relationships with most of my competitors, except for Document360. The internal joke is that they copy us so much that if we had a bug, they’d also have it six months later. But their real offense is much more serious. Document360 uses unethical SEO tactics. They bad-mouth competitors with false information and invest heavily to rank those pages high on search engines. This spreads misinformation about companies like ours, Slite, Bloomfire, and KnowledgeOwl. Here's what they do: Post false information about competitors. Make it look like our software lacks basic features. "Restore" misleading content even after being called out. Despite multiple companies, including Slite, Bloomfire, and KnowledgeOwl, facing this issue, Document360 continues their practices. We've all tried addressing it, but it goes nowhere. For example, in June 2024, they falsely claimed we lacked certain features, which we do have. They “restored” the false content even after being corrected. Their responses are always cheerful and downplay the issue, but they never actually fix it. They've done this repeatedly in 2021, 2022, 2023, and now 2024. I'm at my wit's end and don't know how to proceed. What would you do in my situation?
