Cubitt Viva Pro, apple health integration

Maybe a month ago I asked this: Can anyone share their experience with a Cubitt Viva Pro smartwatch, specifically if it does work well with Apple Health?
I didn't received any feedback, but I decided to buy the Cubitt Viva Pro, I did some research and it seemed to be a good option and cheaper than an Apple Watch.
I want to answer to myself as a way for other help if they face a similar questions or decision. As my question was specific to Apple Health integration, I'm limiting myself to it.
As I did my research I found that the Cubitt Viva Pro write data to Apple Health through their Cubitt Pro app, I fount quick after setting up, that's kinda partially true because it just write Heart Rate and Steps, it doesn't write any more data like HRV, Blood Oxygen, Sleep, Workouts, etc. I found a way to write workouts data to Apple Health through Strava, which Cubitt Viva Pro has the option to connect to. Still left out of write to Apple Health are HRV, Blood Oxygen, Sleep, you still can see those in their app which seems like at this moment they are prioritizing data in their own app, which is very well designed and easy to use.
Before Cubitt Viva Pro I had an Apple Watch Series 3 and I was using an app called Bevel to keep track sleep, recovery and strain, Vo2Max, workouts. It was a way to have insights related to all the data taken by the Apple Watch, and because most of the data is missing because Cubitt Viva Pro doesn't write it, Bevel is being left partially usable so as I am not getting many insights as I did before.
Cubitt Viva Pro still feels good as an activity tracker if you are a casual user, you will still be able to monitor all the metrics taken in their own Cubitt app.
I did not have tried or researched any other watches but to me seems that if you want to see insights on all the health, sleep, workout data and use that to make adjustments to your training and activity plans, and you want to be able to use third party apps and/or you prioritize to have all data written to Apple Health, then an Apple Watch is the better fit.
