Day 1: After Launch on Product Hunt

Unfortunately, our product didn't add to the Featured List of Product Hunt Team and we had very few upvotes in the beginning. My friends who came to support the project wrote to me about it. I was forced to do a mailing to my audience and ask for support. Unfortunately, it's not something I'm used to doing for them. I usually share new products and useful information with them in my newsletters. After that, the number of upvotes started to increase. When I fell asleep, the counter showed 107 upvotes. Additional stats after Day 1 of the launch on Product Hunt: - 120 upvotes; - 15 comments; - 5 reviews; - 9 followers on my profile; - 108 followers on product profile; - 62 conversions to our website from Product Hunt; - 13 of them created a profile; - we received one email from an influencer; - received 3 new submissions from creators; - found two posts about us on social media. I believe this is a very great result. I hope this information was useful.

@oksana_ch I think that better to prepare for a bad case (Not Added to Featured List) and share your traffic on product page. In my case I got a lot of help from my customers. But the support conversion rate in this case is very low. Not everyone who came to support me yesterday wanted to go through the registration process. But in general, the atmosphere here is very friendly and supportive.

@cranqnow This is a first time experience for me. I have been exploring the discussions on Product Hunt. There is really a lot of useful information here. But I found out about the Featured list too late. As I said in the post above, I was saved only by my audience, to whom I sent a newsletter with the request “Support Us” and the CTA “Go to Product Hunt”. It's likely that this conversion was due to my users. Although website analytics showed that this was the new user. Next time, I'll take a very different course of action.
