I think it is the fact to come up with pretty idea. There is many things for inspiration but on the other hand, you do not want to copy someone 1 : 1 because it is not original and quite fair :D

Rant alert! I’m all in for this question! The most annoying part? Turning our gorgeous designs into actual content. Seriously, designers and Lorem Ipsum are like peanut butter and jelly! And designing without detaching components? It’s like trying to dance in a clown suit—total mayhem just to stay consistent!

For many designers, one of the most annoying aspects of their work can be vague or shifting requirements. When clients or stakeholders are unclear about their vision or constantly change their minds mid-project, it disrupts the design process and leads to unnecessary revisions. Unrealistic deadlines also pose a challenge; tight timelines can force designers to rush their work, ultimately compromising quality.

Excessive rounds of feedback can be frustrating, especially when they come with contradictory or subjective requests. This can hinder progress and exhaust the designer. Additionally, a lack of creative freedom can be disheartening. Being micromanaged or restricted by rigid brand guidelines often limits creativity, making the work feel monotonous.

Lastly, miscommunication with non-designers can create difficulties. Explaining design concepts or justifying certain decisions to clients or team members who may not fully understand design principles can be challenging and frustrating.

Ugh the worst part is dealing with clients who have no idea what they want but expect you to read their minds! 😅 Also the constant nitpicky revisions that drag on forever... But hey, it's all part of the job right? 🤷♂ At least we get paid to be creative, so can't complain too much!
