On Sundays, I’ll set aside 1-2 hours to work on my own stuff, not for the company but for myself. I’ll sit down and roughly plan out the next week, jotting down things I need to do. Sundays always make me feel really productive.

Depends - if we talk about email marketing, I think Sundays are the best. I hate meetings or any calls though on Sundays. Still trying to keep the balance and not spend more than 3 hours to work during weekend.
