    Did you pivot your startup or product and if yes how you take this call?

    I just pivoted CafeSocial.io Mixer from B2C to B2B. Was very hard to get traction on the B2C side, since I needed to build up the crowd + provide the software. Decided to go ahead and partner with people who already have a group of people (e.g. community, teams etc).

    When you make your product, you cannot do without flexibility in the processes. Everything can change considering the structure.

    Yes, and we should. When we really go deep into the problems faced by our target audience, we will change the initial concept of the product
