Didn't get featured. Prepared for a month and nothing. Need some help.

I just felt really sad, not for myself, but for my team. They are the best. But we don't know why we didn't get featured and don't know who we can contact besides those emails with no reply or online customer service just told us we need to wait. Is there anything else I can do?
