@pranabgohain hey Pranab πŸ‘‹ IMHO Slack or Discord, Discord or Slack, both have pros and cons. at Documenso, we recently switched to Discord. we just think it’s the best option for what we want to build -- a developer-friendly, community-driven environment. FYI below are some stories and threads that inspired us: above all, pick a platform you enjoy using. the key to a successful, engaging community is your personal engagement. whatever your choice is, I wrote a blog post to help handle the transition with a step-by-step guide. hope it helps!

Both are great, I guess it really depends on unique needs of a team

@helshevts Sure. As for me, I love the clutter free experience of Slack, but the free-to-use approach of Discord.

I think it ultimately depends on the specific needs and preferences of your community, but generally speaking, Discord may be a better option for more casual and social communities, while Slack may be more suitable for professional and business-oriented groups due to its advanced features and integrations with various tools. Me, personally, I use discord more than I use slack

@dhruv_dubey1 Well put, Dhruv. The one put off for Slack is its pricing. It's impossible to pay per user to handle large communities. Though I love the clean, clutter free experience (compared to Discord).
