My adult life has had many peaks and valleys with my dedication to fitness. Some periods where I work out daily and some where I’ve done weeks and even months without taking it seriously. The most memorable experience was joining a highly competitive boxing gym at the beginning of last year. The owner of the gym is a client of mine who tried convincing me to come for over a year. I always made excuses that I wasn’t in good enough shape or that the 2 hours class was too much of a commitment. I finally decided to show up in Jan of 2023 and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. Boxing is an incredible sport to get into to strengthen both your physical and mental abilities. I saw all around improvements most notably in how productive I was. I had to be a lot more intentional with my time management to fit in a 2 hours class a few times a week. I have unfortunately gone back down into a valley preparing for our launch, but this post has inspired me to get back into the class next week no matter what. So thanks for that :)
