– They do not have to much time to only care about social media because
– they can have families
– they need to concentrate on more important things (scaling the company, networking, meetings with strategical partners, etc.)

For some people sharing their life and work on social just comes naturally, it is a big part of their personality. I used to be that person but not anymore 🙈
I sometimes miss those times, when doing social media seemed fun, now it’s just work. But I think my relationship with socials became much healthier.

Honestly yes a little, I find the engagement requirements to be tiring. However, once you make it a habit or just do it for a while it definitely gets easier
