Do people find chatting with AI for lightweight therapy reasonable?

Full disclosure, I am building in this space because I saw a gap in how talk therapy is administered today. But curious if other folks, especially ones who have done therapy, have experienced either the need for support outside of therapy sessions, or tracking progress outside of sessions and how that experience has been.

I know that chatting with yourself already has a good effect on people, so chatting with AI will probably be even better.

Yeah I think it's already used for this right?
@ruben_boonz thanks for replying! Is there any products/services that you have found useful?

@pranoy_chaudhuri1 No sorry I don't know any
I have a different experience with therapy. A long time ago because of borderline disorder I took a lot of Pregabalin and it helped me for a while, but then my addiction problems started. Fortunately, I was able to find a good rehab center https://unitedrecoveryproject.com/12-step-facilitation-therapy/ and started treatment using their methods. I think their tests could be helped by AI too.
