Do we need more open source frameworks in pharma and healthcare?

I am a technical specialist with 15 years in the industry and have worked with multiple domains, including supply chain and fintech. I was exploring the fastest MVP path to build a healthcare product and was surprised to see bare minimum frameworks to build on top of. Moreover, the existing solutions are pretty outdated. What do you guys feel about the same?
