Do you actually like SCRUM and it's ceremonies?

Honest question: do you enjoy the process? Do you find that it helps the teams moving forward quickly? Do you find SCRUM rewarding and motivating? Or are you stuck in SCRUM bureaucracy?

Not a fan of SCRUM  due to its bureaucratic nature. The ceremonies can feel repetitive and sometimes slow down progress.

I've found SCRUM to be hit or miss depending on the team and how it's implemented. When done well with a motivated team, the ceremonies and process can definitely keep things moving forward efficiently. SCRUM ceremonies have their pros and cons. Sprint planning and reviews keep the team focused and moving forward, but the daily stand-ups can feel like micromanagement. Retros are great for continuous improvement if the team is honest.
