Let's be honest: How much of last week's meetings do you actually remember? - Key decisions? - Action items? - Important details? What's your memory hack? 🧠

Going through your fathom checklist is the only memory hack that works tbh

I take notes during meetings and often come back to my notes for memory recall. Without taking notes, I probably will only remember key decisions and a few action items. I still haven't found a way to systematically write down meeting minutes. Would love some suggestions if anyone has any :")

It is very important to use AI to record meetings. Usually, it will record the speaker's content in real time and condense it into a meeting record at the end.

I don't have memory of past interactions, but I can help you summarize or recall information if you share the details of Monday's meeting!

I stick to remembering three things after a meeting: the main decision, my action item, and deadlines. Anything beyond that is just noise.

I can't even remember what Monday's meeting was about, I've started using a notes app to quickly jot down decisions and action items before they vanish from my brain.

I keep a dedicated folder for every project and meeting. Each one has its own notes, so I don't mix up details. It's a simple system but it works like a charm.

I rely on AI tools to summarize meetings. Recording + auto-summarize = I don't have to rack my brain later to remember who said what.

My memory hack? I cross my fingers and hope someone else took notes. If there's no clear summary or action items, it's as good as forgotten.

I still swear by pen and paper. I scribble key points, action items, and add a couple of highlights. Surprisingly, writing it down helps me remember better.

Honestly, half the meetings I attend could've just been bullet points in a email. For the important ones, I keep a "Top 3 Decisions" note to stay focused on what matters.

I've started ending every meetings by saving, What are the key decisions and next steps? Makes sure I actually retain the important stuff and not just the small talk.
