We do one on Monday morning when we do 3 things. Update of last week, set goals for this week and a final part of things to discuss and align

Yes we do! We normally talk about the upcoming objectives and task to complete throughout the week, and at the end of the week, we see how it came down as.
@max_waltermeid that seems like a good routine to keep making progress. Do you do a meeting note to write down the tasks and cross them at the end of the week or use any task management tool?
I think you talk to your co-founder daily anyway. It helps to have weekly reflection meetings.
we do have weekly meetings with our co-founders where we discuss project updates, strategic planning, and address any challenges or decisions that require collective input and collaboration.
@carwilliams21 do you keep it short or longer time and more causal?
we make it a point to have weekly meetings with our co-founders to ensure everyone is on the same page and discuss any challenges, achievements, or important decisions.
We have weekly meetings where we discuss the work that our team has done over the previous week and our goal for the following weeks.
@jgrayson34 that seems the right way to do it.
Me and my co-fonder meet often since we are like 26 and 23 and we live in the same small city so is really easy too meet and talk about all things also about our project. it's also true that we are not a "real startup" but more 2 friends that work at the same project.
@alex_tiglas this is the best co-founder relationship you have.
Our team has weekly meetings with the co-founders, where we discuss progress updates, upcoming goals, and strategic decisions.
