What tools or set of products do you use to show a product and lead to a deal?

It depends what kind of sales we are talking about. In Enterprise sales there are 4 kinds of Buyers: 1. Economic Buyers (CEO, COO, VPs) 2. Gatekeepers (For SaaS usually CIO or CTO) 3. User Buyers (Operational Managers and Users) 4. Champions (Someone who helps you from the inside) 1. and 2. are C-level Executives, they usually do not care about your product, they only care about high-level information. ➜ Who are you? ➜ What value do you bring? ➜ How much money? ➜ How much time? ➜ What's the ROI? This is where you need a presentation. For 3. and 4. you are usually on a operational level so in most cases it's better to show and not tell. So a Demo would be a better alternative. When it comes to bottom-up B2B sales (like slack, trello, asana etc.) you usually sell only to 3. and 4.s so in that kind of business model, again in most cases you wouldn't need a presentation.
We give demo to our prospects to show them how our product works and how it can help them in their business. Demo calls are a proven way to build trust with and secure more leads, so it's worth investing in

@qudsia_ali thanks for the replay! do you use some specifiс software for demo's or it's just a call+screensharing?

We have a demo call with leads and just show them our product and all the functionalities. No presentation is needed. It's better for them to see firsthand what the product is.

@luka_vasic thank you! so you don't use some specific software for that, just something like Zoom with integrated screen sharing?

@natalka_chekh We mostly do it through google meet, but if the lead prefers other platforms it's ok. A cool thing about google meet is that your recordings get saved into the calendar invite so the lead can watch it again and even you can watch it again to take notes.
