Lots of stuff with the kids! But usually I make an effort to not work on my projects so my brain gets a rest!

Meeting up with friends irl. The whole goes into meetings and coding, and it's hard to find time to catch up with your pals, so weekends help with that.

@uma_venugopal It's understandable that with busy schedules and work commitments, it can be challenging to find time to catch up with friends. However, setting aside time on the weekends to spend with your pals can help you recharge and strengthen your relationships. So, enjoy your time with your friends, catch up on old times, and create new memories together!

Going out into nature is a must for me. I live in Utah and am lucky to be able to drive only 5 mins before Iā€™m in the mountains. I feel recharged. I also practice mindfulness which helps me connect with my environment and disconnect from the fast paced city life.

@timesaverhacks That's wonderful! Spending time in nature and practicing mindfulness can have many benefits for mental and physical well-being.

I usually start the day with a run, then read a bit and have a good cup of coffee. When your body is healthy, your mind is healthy, vice versa.

@jackkdavies26 100% agrees with you. i feel like we have learnt from same mentors :D To get physically fit, you need to get mentally fit first. And all depends on the mental health first
