Do you have trouble balancing your work and life?

At times I sometimes struggle with finding the right balance between work and life. It can be especially challenging when working remotely, as the lines between work and personal time can become blurred. To help manage this balance, I try to establish clear boundaries between work and non-work time. For example, I set specific work hours and make sure to step away from my desk and take breaks throughout the day. I also find it helpful to prioritize self-care activities, such as engaging in hobbies and interests outside of work. Do you have trouble balancing your work and life? What strategies have you found to be helpful?

I stopped thinking about that when I realized that working is part of my life, and I just included for-work activities in my daily plan. Something like this: BEFORE - Do the laundry - Go to work - Go shopping AFTER - Do the laundry - Go to work, which includes… a. Check e-mails b. Finish yesterday's report c. Speak with Sam about project XYZ - Go shopping.

I used to have a lot of trouble before, spending all my time on work while being left behind from myself. However, when I changed my work routine and assigned a specific goal to be done daily for each task/ activity, I managed to handle all the necessary stuff I wanted to be doing and not only work plans! Dedicating and planning days to engage in your hobbies and self-care can be a great help. It sounds simple but ensuring you are not consumed by your work is important to keeping your business sanity!
