Do you know of an app for ios that allows updating Apple Watch complications via an API?

I'd like to either be able to send the info periodically to the apps API or to have the app access my API periodically. https://chatrandom.download/ I found two already that claim to do this; one is free but it doesn't update automatically (I have to open the app on my iPhone for it to update on the watch).
