Do you leave your "signature" on every design you do?

We all know that, typically, designers have a signature style that sets their work apart from others. However, it's also important to be adaptable and adjust to the client's needs and the project's requirements. Sometimes, it's better to step outside of one's signature style to create a design that better serves the client's goals. What do you think about leaving a "signature" on every design? Do you believe it's important for designers to have a consistent style, or should they focus more on tailoring their work to fit each individual project?

By the very act of creating!

A company/brand should have a consistent style, but designers themselves should try to expand as much as they can imo
In my opinion, every designer has their own signature, even if they don't realize it. That's why it's important to combine both.
