  • Do you make time to plan your week ahead? When do you do that? What happens if you don’t?

    I have to plan my week ahead, usually taking stock of what's coming up on Sunday and then aligning on priorities on Monday. If this doesn't happen then I am far more prone to overestimating my capacity and getting off track.

    @kyrio Yep. Sunday mornings I usually do this for the week ahead. Identify key priorities and projects Identify specific first/next steps Talk with wife about what family-kid related stuff is happening (activities, pickups, drop offs, dinner making, etc) talk with wife about her schedule and how it impacts the above Block time in calendar Enjoy the rest of the Sunday

    @kyrio Also baked into my own planning is messaging my coaching clients to do the same. Nothing too complicated, just keep it simple and identify & protect time for what matters most!
