  • Do you measure UX? How?

Let's discuss measuring user experience (UX). Personally, I track time between events to gauge flow effortlessly. For example, if a user starts the checkout process, measuring the time it takes for each step to complete and reach purchase confirmation indicates a smooth experience. This helps identify pain points and areas where users get stuck. If there's a delay between events or drop-off in completion rates at specific steps, I investigate further to enhance the overall user experience. Of course, measuring UX involves more than just tracking time. It's crucial to consider qualitative feedback, conduct user testing, and analyze metrics like conversion rates and satisfaction scores. Tracking time between events is an additional metric in my UX evaluation toolkit. How do you measure UX? Have you tried tracking time between events or other methods? There are also metrics like CES and CSAT (wrote about them here https://romichi.com/blog/ux-optimization), do you use them?
