    Do you offer a free trial ? And if so how do you handle past due payments

    Hey everyone ! Since a few times now I’m offering a free trial but keep getting issues with payments “Past due” on Paddle. Basically the payment doesn’t go through when the trial ends. Do you face this kind of issue and how do you handle it ? I’m really considering to remove the free trial atm.

    Maybe consider adding a free plan that’s very limited? That way you don’t have to worry about past due payments and still provide some value
