Remote first company at PhantomBuster. That's amazing 🔥. Discord and Slack are the tools ruling here. Team gatherings are also really perfect to bound more.

We are into Web and mobile app development services, and so we are fine with team members working and following the hybrid model, but some time they have to visit office for certain meetings, particularly for the requirement gathering.

Our team at https://www.bigbinary.com/ is working remotely since a decade and that was our competitive advantage pre-covid hiring https://www.bigbinary.com/books/...

Yep! Our whole company is remote and so are all of our clients. I think everyone else has covered all of the tools & rituals we use 😅 but one thing we always try to do is defaulting to talking things out over typing. So, as soon as we realize a conversation is going long, we try to hop on a Slack huddle or Figma audio chat to talk it out. Or, at the very least, record a video instead of writing a novel. There are tradeoffs to this – we have less written comms to reference later for example and it can definitely break up our flow states. But, we find that we get to clarity faster and it's easier to share what we're thinking. Plus, it helps us feel more connected and builds camaraderie.

When COVID started it was a great practice, but now when the full-blown war in Ukraine last for more than a year It feels like we learned how to work literally anywhere: bomb shelters, metro stations, bathroom etc. Still, I believe that working in office together is useful from time to time.

Our entire team is remote and we see no problem at that. At Marvin XR, we communicate via Slack, mail and Google meet.

Our whole team works remotely. It started during the pandemic. But by the time it was over, we had got used to working remotely effectively and decided not to go out. Every couple of months we go to our company headquarters, communicate and work together. This helps us maintain good relationships and keep in touch.

Our entire team is based remotely in almost every continent, but we work around New York from 8am to 12am, the rest of the time we choose when to work. We have various team-building activities, play various online games, communicate in Slack, have times when we can randomly "have a coffee" with a colleague and many other activities.

Yes, our entire team works remotely
Our whole team works remotely. Some good practices we follow about remote work: 1) Weekly team meeting. A mandate. Probably, by the beginning of the week. 2) Regular catch-up calls every day with team members as need be. 3) A public sheet where everyone gets to share their work. So everyone knows what's happening and feels inspired.

Fully remote from the start with people all around the world and some traveling. Some of the best practices we would like to share: 1. Efficient collaboration tools 2. Transparent communication strategy 3. Respect of each other's time zone when setting the whole company meeting 4. Organize In-person meetings or workshops when possible 5. Intentional relation building efforts 6. Documentation is important!

Fully remote team... I keep reading in some publications that remote does not work, but, so far so good for us. Only made possible by good data structure for the org and transparency with Atlassian and Google tools... basically all data is in "the cloud".

I'm proud to say that we embrace remote work. Our team consists of talented individuals who have the flexibility to work remotely. We believe in creating a conducive environment that allows our team members to excel and collaborate effectively, regardless of their physical location.

At Crisp, half the team is fully remote, and the other half works from an office in Nantes (France) or remotely. We can work remotely whenever and wherever we want. We have no meetings and try to work async as much as possible to offer the most focused time possible
