Do you prefer micro workouts or a full 30-45 mins workout?

Sometimes finding a contiguous block of time is not possible in a work day. Some people prefer micro workouts which are 5-10 workouts between meetings/work which is down throughout the day.
What works for you? What do you prefer? This isn’t a debate on which one is better. Tbh, the one you do is always better 😉 (because you are actually doing it!)

Full workouts are more preferred to burn more calories. But mini workouts can help to be energised all day.

I do boxing workouts for home that's good for muscles and you can get out all their pressure and anxiety.
I like full workouts because I can block out a time of day to exercise. I find micro workouts to be more mentally exhausting. We launch next week, would love your support! (https://www.producthunt.com/prod...)
