Planning tasks can help to prioritize work responsibilities and may increase productivity. However, being too rigid in a plan can also limit flexibility and creativity. Going with the flow can allow for spontaneity and adaptability, but may lead to a lack of direction and potentially missed opportunities. A good idea is to have a good online planner (such as GanttPRO https://ganttpro.com/) that will help you to stay organized and motivated.

Planning, and going with the flow is when something unexpected appears.

It depends on the tasks. For some tasks, I need to prepare full planning before stepping into the task. Some may go with the flow.
