I aim to incorporate a hybrid approach by prioritizing critical tasks and commencing them at the beginning of the day while remaining adaptable to handle unforeseen circumstances.

I find that keeping a checklist that sorts tasks between critical and non-critical is the easiest way to stay on track and to know what ones have hard deadlines
