@anas_riad I'm interested to see what people think. I know I don't know anyone who wants more meetings.
At my last startup, yes
@anas_riad Core problem was that our manager to contributor ratio was off. We had hired some employees thinking that they would be more contributors but they were simply just managers. So the only thing they knew to do was conduct meetings.
Not helpful in a startup. You need people who can be managers and contributors.
