Do you think AI agents can fully replace human roles in the workplace? Why or why not?

I believe AI can assist us, but it won't fully replace humans. We bring a level of emotional intelligence that machines simply can’t replicate.

I think AI can augment a lot of roles and boost efficiency, but full replacement seems unlikely in most cases. The human element and judgment is still crucial for a lot of tasks. Maybe certain repetitive jobs could be fully automated by AI, but for anything requiring creativity, emotional intelligence, or complex decision-making, AI will probably remain an assistant to humans rather than a replacement in the near term. Just my 2 cents though, curious what others think!
I think it depends on what field or industry you are talking about. For example, I think most programming jobs or creative works such as illustration or writing might get replaced with AI, but work related to one on one human interaction might take a long time for them to replace human roles.
@zezero00 I agree that the impact of AI will vary across industries. While AI is great at handling repetitive or data-heavy tasks, human creativity, emotional intelligence, and personal interaction are hard to replicate. It’ll be exciting to see how AI complements, rather than fully replaces, human roles in the long run!
Not completely. AI's great at speeding up processes, but complex decision making still needs human oversight.
AI can replace certain roles, but leadership and strategy will always need a human brain.
