Do you think leadership coaching is valuable? (Proof-of-concept feedback appreciated)

THE PROBLEM: People who build great products don’t always know how to build great teams. I want to know if a subscription-based leadership coaching service would be valuable for company founders who want to make sure crappy team dynamics don’t sabotage their world-changing product. QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER: Do you know of anyone who is struggling with “people issues” in their business who would find a service like this valuable (is there a need)? What specific "people-problems" do you think leaders need help with right now? How are company founders currently learning how to become better leaders (If they didn’t use a coaching service like this)?
