When building products, do you have a design system in Figma and in code that you use? Have you built it yourself or adopted an existing one?

I prefer to start with one of the well-known paid design systems, like And Design. It has good documentation for designers and developers and speeds up the process of creating MVP and prototypes. In the process designers still will add custom components and make visual changes to UI to make it looks more unique.

Yes! I and my team have created a design system in Figma - It's totally no-code and offers a free version for you to try out. Check it out here: https://www.producthunt.com/post...

I have created a design system in figma, and I am using no code platform to build my app which eliminates the need to code

@jerryton_surya1 Sounds interesting! What platform are you using? How did the design system creation process went, did you experience any struggles or frustration along the way?

@lorant_toth I am using bubble to build apps, I have planned my brand colors before drafting designs in Figma which help me to stay away from frustration 😅

@jerryton_surya1 This app looks great, gonna keep it on my watchlist for the future! We are working on a design system at https://once-ui.com with some unique features and complete documentation. Feel free to give it a try for your next project, it has a free version as well ;)
