One of the reliable tools for performance management is GanttPRO.
This project management software is based on a Gantt chart. It is useful for managing all kinds of projects and teams. It stands out for its intuitive interface and powerful features.
The software includes features for breaking down projects in an efficient manner into subtasks, sibling tasks, and subprojects, as well as setting dependencies and milestones. To get more visibility, users can choose between the Gantt chart, Board views, and task dashboards.

Teaming
Hey Sue! We use our product -- Teaming (teaming.com). It has all the features of traditional / HR performance management, but with a few key differences.
1. It's private (you aren't sharing with HR by using it.)
2. It has an AI note-taker for 1:1s and team meetings so everyone can stay engaged in the discussion and know that notes and action items are automatically being taken for them.
3. Teaming learns about your team from their meetings, DiSC communication style assessment, and the performance tools and offers managers personalized, adaptive, and timely tips for how to lead each person on the team -- help them discover / achieve their unique goals, hone their unique strengths, etc.
Would be glad to chat about it if you'd like!
I use performance management tools like Asana for task management, Slack for communication, Google Analytics for web performance, and Tableau for data visualization, which significantly streamline my workflow and boost productivity.
Yes, we do! We use a combination of tools - Jira for tracking progress on tasks, Asana for project management
