We have a new integration that enables your GitBook documentation to be searched and context extracted across 15+ messaging channels, and also within the Facebook page, Facebook group and Instagram posts, for auto comment responses.
It uses GitBooks most recent AI release - GitBook lens.
We've had it running live for around 3 or so months now, pretty much right after GitBook released lens. It's being used by multiple users, and are all finding it an amazing way to open up new customer acquisition and support channels. It fully syncs with your current tech stack also, so it offers more than just question and answering and opens up to full multilingual support even on the social media posts comments.
