Are you a 100% remote worker or do you go into an office? What do you like about your current setup? Anything you wish you could change?

We work hybrid at our startup. It is also possible to work 100% remotely. We have a small office and meet there every few weeks for creative tasks. However, it is not mandatory and employees can work from anywhere.

I'm a freelancer and work 100% remotely. I don't see the point in spending 3-4 hours a day just on commuting, not to mention the productivity in the office.
