Have you ever conducted cold email campaigns that bring results?

I have clients that get great results while others have a hard time. The way I see cold email is like a 3-legged stool. In order for it to work, you need all 3.
1. Infrastructure setup (authentication, automation tool, warmup, etc).
2. Your offer (is it good enough)
3. Your leads (are you targeting the right people).
But short answer is Yes, it can work quite well.

Cold email can be a powerful tool in the B2B world - like a digital handshake for introverts. Just make sure to personalize and add value, because nobody likes a spammy virtual sales pitch. Happy emailing!
@thestarkster Thanks for sharing mate!
It takes forever. Automation to the rescue or some serious AB testing when you're sending like 10K+

It does work, but there are a lot of pre-requirements to make sure it works as it should. There is a lot that comes into play. Speaking your ICP's language, personalized (just the right amount) and a bit of reverse psychology.
At the end of the day, the more you send, the more chances of winning, it's really a numbers game. A clear message + high-quality leads and those winning numbers will go up.
I've not sent many mails yet, but have managed to book a few demo's with personalized cold emails. Takes a lot of time to craft personalized mails though, think I'll only continue doing this for bigger prospects.
Never tried mass standardized emails. Have you?
@jerryton_surya1 Too bad. It does seem tempting sometimes, given that it's fairly easy to do with modern tools. But that's probably why it doesn't work anymore π
