I have heard a lot of people say that working on your day off eats up your resting time. But what if I find peace doing that certain work? Do you think that still called as disrupting the work life balance?

For me yes. No matter how much you like your work, you still need time to rest and unwind before staring another workweek.
Yes, working on week offs can impact work-life balance, but by setting clear boundaries and finding time for self-care, it's still possible to achieve a healthy balance.
Working on week offs can definitely disrupt your work-life balance, but it doesn't have to be a permanent situation. By setting boundaries and actively prioritizing self-care and leisure activities, you can still achieve a healthy balance between your work and personal life.
