Most of us go through a similar phenomenon: we start with a burst of motivation to create or work on something, giving it our full dedication. However, we often end up feeling disappointed and frustrated because we don't see the progress we hoped for.
To overcome this, I would suggest following a disciplined approach. Set aside a small amount of time, like 4-5 hours, for your regular tasks and try to make some progress within that timeframe.
Remember not to work for more than 5-6 hours. Even if you only manage to accomplish a small task, like creating 5 rows in an Excel sheet, consider it as progress.

Additional Tip
Allocate 20 minutes of your daily time, preferably in the morning or when you wake up, to do something that will keep you motivated throughout the day. Choose an activity that can bring positive influence on your life and something you often get distracted from or fear doing the most.
This could either be doing 20 push-ups, taking a walk, journaling your experiences, writing an article or post, working on a product idea, or networking with helpful individuals in your industry.
By doing this, you will stay motivated throughout the day and eventually find new ideas and plan your future endeavors more positively.

in my experience starting the day with the smallest possible tasks (doesn't even have to be work related) will give you the sense of satisfaction and control over your action, which often times transitions into motivation to do the big, complex tasks you have to do that day and gives you the positive mindset, confidence.
