Hey @gordana_laskovic What is your biggest success experience about word of mouth?
    Gordana Laskovic
@ozgumusbusra Thanks for asking, Busra! One student at the University of Novi Sad discovered our Collabwriting extension and used it to streamline his day and keep all his important data at his fingertips. Within weeks, over 60 other students followed his lead, inspired by his savvy time management and positive feedback. Our Collabwriting extension quickly became the talk of the campus, a must-have tool for anyone looking to get ahead. :)

Hey @gordana_laskovic ! What do you recommend to generate Word of Mouth in SaaS B2B for sales ?
    Gordana Laskovic
@devezehugo There are plenty of strategies I think, but one of the best ways to generate positive word of mouth is by providing exceptional customer service. This can include responding promptly to customer inquiries, going above and beyond to solve problems, and making sure that customers feel valued. Also, positive testimonials from satisfied customers can be a powerful tool for generating word of mouth. :) What do you think? Am I right?

Yes I agree. Word of mouth is always powerful!

That is very true! I'd say that to some degree, growth through word of mouth is one strongest signals of product market fit, wouldn't you agree? (the market pulling your product)
