Early riser,
By nature an early morning peep but if I stay up online later than 8pm then I morph into a night owl too. Obviously blue light impacted!
Here is a night owl who is trying to be an Early riser these day：）

The early bird gets... to go out early in the morning, while it's still dark and go to the gym.
