Easy spreadsheet like CRM tool?

I've seen that sales team prefers to use spreadsheet, is there a tool that feels like spreadsheet but is a CRM tool or is there a way to very easily and reliably ingest data to CRM tool like salesforce or lead squared

If they're using something like Google Sheets or Excel (through Office 365), it's very simple to use a tool like Zapier to automatically ingest the data from the sheet and create/update objects/leads in Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho ... whatever CRM you prefer.
